Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Prices are listed on the website. Standard printed sleeves are $30.00 per 100 with free shipping in the United States. Runs over 5,000 sleeves or special finishes are priced by quote

  • After you place an order, we email you a free digital proof. Once you approve it, we email a PayPal invoice or a bank transfer invoice, whichever you chose at checkout. Production starts when the invoice is paid

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund

We accept payment by PayPal invoice or bank transfer invoice only. Nothing is charged before you approve your proof.

Custom Orders

Custom-printed and personalized products require customer approval before production begins.

Once a design proof is approved:

  • The order enters production

  • Changes or cancellations are not permitted

  • Responsibility for approved content rests with the customer

We are not responsible for errors approved in final artwork, including spelling, layout, or design choices.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only, and shipping is free. Production takes 7–10 business days after proof approval and delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. These are estimates; delays may occur due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances, and we will tell you by email if anything on our side delays your order.

The Coffee Sleeves is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Returns and Refunds

Every order is printed to your approved proof, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your sleeves arrive defective, damaged in transit or misprinted against your approved proof:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos

  • We send a free replacement or a refund, and we pay any shipping

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval to your original payment method

Are the delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Production takes 7-10 business days after proof approval and US delivery takes 3-7 business days, but these are estimates. Carriers or unforeseen events can cause delays, and we are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping details. Sleeves that arrive damaged are covered by our returns policy.

What do the terms say about refunds on custom orders?

Sleeves printed correctly to your approved proof cannot be returned for a change of mind. Sleeves that arrive defective, damaged in transit or misprinted, reported within 14 days of delivery with photos, are replaced free or refunded, and approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Will my sleeves look exactly like the product images?
