What Happens After You Submit
Once your request arrives, our team reviews your details and replies within 24 hours with pricing and turnaround. If anything is unclear, such as the cup size or print colors, we will ask before quoting so the figure you receive is accurate. When you are happy with the quote, our designers prepare your artwork for free and send a digital proof. Production starts only after you approve that proof, takes 7-10 business days, and US delivery then takes 3-7 business days.

The more we know about your cups and artwork, the closer your quote will be to the final price. How Your Price Is Worked Out
Every standard design is $30.00 for 100 sleeves, with free US shipping, and you can order up to 5,000 sleeves from the product page. A quote is only needed for runs over 5,000 sleeves or for specialty finishes and custom die cuts, and it depends on sleeve size, material, printing and quantity. Your quote lists every charge clearly before you approve it.
Common questions
Does requesting a quote commit me to an order?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. You only commit once you approve the quote and your design proof.
Can one quote cover several sizes or designs?
Yes. List each cup size, design and quantity in the project details box, and we will price them together in a single quote.
Do I need finished artwork before asking for a quote?
No. A quote only needs your quantity, material and cup size. If you do not have artwork yet, our designers can create it for free once you go ahead.
Can I upload files with my request?
Yes. The quote form lets you upload artwork, logos or cup photos, and you can also email files to info@thecoffeesleeves.com after submitting.
What if my deadline is very tight?
Mention the date in your request. Production takes 7-10 business days after proof approval and US delivery 3-7 business days, and our team will confirm whether your date can be met before you approve the quote.
Which quantity ranges can I pick on the quote form?
The form offers five ranges: 100 to 500 units, 500 to 1,000, 1,000 to 5,000, 5,000 to 10,000, and 10,000 units or more. Pick the closest range, then note an exact figure in the project details box if you already know it.
What if the material I want is not listed in the form?
Choose Custom Material in the material menu and describe what you have in mind in the project details box. The listed choices are kraft paper, cardboard and corrugated, and our team will follow up if we need more detail before pricing.
What should I write in the project details box?
Add your cup size or the top and bottom diameter and height, print colors, any finish you want, the number of designs and your deadline. These details let us price the job accurately on the first reply instead of coming back with questions.
Can specialty finishes or custom die cuts change my quoted price?
Yes. Specialty finishes and custom die cuts are priced on a quote rather than at the standard $30.00 per 100. Your quote lists every charge clearly, so you see the full cost before you approve anything and nothing is added later.
What happens if you need more information before quoting?
