Yes. You can print on the outside only or on both sides of the sleeve. Inside printing is a good place for a short message, a promotion or a thank-you note that customers see when they remove the sleeve.
Matte keeps glare low and gives a soft, natural feel. Gloss makes colors look richer and sharper. Spot UV adds a shiny highlight to a logo or one part of the design for contrast. Embossing can also be added to raise part of the surface.
Yes. A sleeve wraps the outside of the cup and does not touch the drink, so it never comes into contact with food or beverages. If your business has a specific packaging requirement, tell us before you order and we will confirm what our boards and inks can meet.
Yes. Options include embossed grip zones, ribbing and anti-slip textures, and corrugated board adds a ridged surface on its own. Textured sleeves help when cups are wet from condensation or carried quickly.
It depends on the coating and your local program. Uncoated kraft and paperboard are the simplest to recycle where paperboard is accepted, while some coatings and heavy ink coverage can affect recyclability. If recycling matters to you, mention it in your quote request and we will suggest a suitable build.
Ordering is simple: 1. Open any sleeve, choose how many packs of 100 you need ($30.00 per pack) and place your order at checkout. 2. Our designers email you a free digital proof. 3. Approve the proof and pay the PayPal or bank transfer invoice. 4. Production takes 7-10 business days. 5. Your sleeves ship free within the US and arrive in 3-7 business days. For runs over 5,000 sleeves or special finishes, use the quote form or call (503) 461-4788.
Every order is paid by invoice after you approve your free digital proof: a PayPal invoice, which you can pay with your PayPal balance or any card PayPal accepts, or a bank transfer invoice. Nothing is charged before you approve the proof.
Yes. One design can be adapted across several sleeve sizes so your logo stays centered and readable on every cup, from 8 oz to 20 oz. List each cup size and the quantity you need for it in your quote request.

Yes. If you already have a design, send your artwork files with your quote request or by email. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and high-resolution image files, and our team reviews each file to make sure it meets printing requirements.
That is enough to start. Share your logo if you have one, your brand colors and a few notes on the look you want, and our designers will create the artwork for you at no extra cost.
Up to 3 free design revisions are included with every order, so you can fine-tune colors, text and layout before production begins.
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof that shows your artwork on the sleeve layout. Nothing goes to print until you approve it, which protects you from spelling or color surprises.
Yes. Spot color printing allows precise brand color matching, which keeps your color consistent from batch to batch. Share your color codes with your artwork, and the proof will show the colors used.
Yes. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email and can follow the shipment in real time on the carrier website.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We send a free replacement or a refund, and we cover any shipping. The same applies to sleeves that are defective or misprinted against the proof you approved.
Sleeves ship flat and stacked in neat bundles, which protects their shape in transit and makes them easy to store behind the counter and load into dispensers.
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, and we ship to addresses in the United States only. The $30.00 price for 100 sleeves covers design help, printing, materials and delivery, so the total at checkout is the total you pay.
Yes. Send your updated artwork or tell us what to change, and we will send a new proof for approval. Keeping the same size and material as your last order keeps the fit and feel consistent.
Reorder on the same board with the same finish, and use spot color printing for your key brand color. Your approved design files stay on record, so each new batch is printed from the same artwork.
