Help After Your Order Ships
Our support continues after production. When your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. If anything arrives defective, damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a refund. When it is time to restock, email or call with your previous order details and we will pull up your approved design. If a batch has an error on our side, tell us what went wrong and we reprint it at no additional cost.
